Job Description:
We are currently looking to fill the position of Assistant Project Manager in San Fernando Valley. This project involves working on a Hospital Tower and previous OSHPD experience is desired.

Assistant Project Manager:
The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for assisting in the overseeing of construction including general contract work from bid to project completion. The Assistant Project Manager’s responsibility is to assist the Project Manager in planning, budgeting, overseeing and documenting all aspects of the assigned project. Assistant Project Managers work closely with the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager onsite, to make sure the scope is being followed and the project is on schedule.
Responsibilities:
The Assistant Project Manager will assist the Project Manager with job start up and project buy-out, subcontract administration, interpretation of drawings, implementation of QA procedures, and resolution of daily field issues, among other duties.
Qualifications:
- 4-year degree in building science or civil engineering is required.
- 3-5 years of multi-family and/or commercial building experience.
