We are currently looking to fill the positions of a Estimator in  Los Angeles.

One of my favorite General Contractors in Southern California.  Privately owned and nationally ranked, they specialize in a wide variety of project types, and has consistently earned the trust of their clients and honed their business to integrate the hallmarks of integrity.

Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate we are looking for has 3-5 years of estimating experience to oversee and manage estimates, bids and GMPs for projects ranging up to $100 million.  The candidate will have the opportunity to represent the company and demonstrate strong skills in working directly with owners and design team members in preconstruction and business pursuit meetings/interviews.  The candidate will have opportunities to produce conceptual estimates, progressive estimates, design/build estimates and GMPs, as well as private and public hard bids, on a variety of project and construction types.  Lastly, the candidate will have the opportunity to be a part of a collaborative and enthusiastic work environment with youthful coworkers, as part of a 15 person team.
