Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will become an essential part of our sales and marketing group, supporting the overall development of our Construction Management and Program Management business opportunities.  Candidate must have exceptional knowledge of construction management delivery methods, including Agency, Lease  Lease back, Construction and Program Management, and Competitive Bid Multiple Prime.   The candidate must have a proven track record of strategically identifying and generating business prospects.  The right candidate will know how to proactively cultivate new and existing business relationships.
