Job Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate we are looking for has 3-5 years of estimating experience to oversee and manage estimates, bids and GMPs for projects ranging up to $100 million.  The candidate will have the opportunity to represent the company and demonstrate strong skills in working directly with owners and design team members in preconstruction and business pursuit meetings/interviews.  The candidate will have opportunities to produce conceptual estimates, progressive estimates, design/build estimates and GMPs, as well as private and public hard bids, on a variety of project and construction types.
